Cadenhead's Small Batch Paul John 6 Year Old Cask Strength Single Malt Indian Whisky (700ml)

To our knowledge, the first independent Indian single malt to arrive in Australia! While Cadenheads are famous for bottling spirits from around the globe, we're generally restricted to the Scottish output. Paul John's whiskies have dazzled whisky writers scoring as high as 95 points from the likes of Jim Murray. This one's a cask strength vatting of peated and unpeated malt, the oak is all American and it's youth promises a lively spirit. Non chill filtered.

Notes from Cadenheads... Nose: Green apples, hints of cinammon, caramel. Flavour: Chewy toffee, slight smokiness builds up. Oiliness coats the mouth. Finish: Orange zest. Smoke continues then rye notes come through. 56.6% Alc./Vol.
