Blackwater No.5 Small Batch Irish Gin (500ml)

Tasting note: An accent on cinnamon in the opening pass almost smothers the juniper, however emerging dried coriander and hints of lemon peel recover the balance. Light weight entry but builds well with delicate citrus, juniper, warming cinnamon and white pepper notes through the finish. Very pure. Lemon thyme and pine aftertaste. 41.5% Alc./Vol.
