The whisky was drawn from cask number 007 - a 100 litre sherry cask with an outturn of just 215 bottles. Each is hand numbered and signed by the Master Distiller, Brian Hollingworth. Distilled April 2013 and bottled in 2016 at 50% Alc./Vol. Very limited stocks.
