The wine is made from Semillon. Excellent mousse, with straw colour and delicate green tinge. The nose displays some citrus notes over subtle yeast lees. Creamy texture, with citrus flavours emerging on the palate. Slightly coarse back palate, followed by citrus aftertaste. A straightforward clean sparkling. Cellar 1-2 years.
