Grape variety: Pinot Nero, Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay.Vinification: Special is the care taken over interpreting the criteria of the traditional method - 36 months of maturation on yeast lees to obtain a truly unique Brut.
Characteristics: An exceptional blend of grapes in which the Pinot Noir from the Oltrepò area provides body and make-up and ensures long preservation. Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay from Franciacorta gives a rich and intense fragrance, while the Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay from Alto Adige and Trentino adds a clear fruity acidulous touch, which gives the wine its typically fresh taste. Cellarius is a Brut featuring a very fine persistent perlage. Straw yellow in colour and intense bouquet, a perfect harmony between the original fragrance of the grapes and the noble scent of fermentation. It has a full-bodied soft taste, enriched by a pleasant acid touch.
