'Wholly Shit' takes this ethos (and recycling) to the next level: The sheep on Bignell's property eat spent distillery grain; their dried dung is then used to dry the rye instead of peat. Aged for three years and bottled at natural strength, flavourwise this is said to evoke peanut, sesame, toffee, honey, vanilla, hessian sacks and lots of smoke. From an outurn of 155 bottles, just sixty have been allocated for the mainland. 57.8% Alc./Vol.
