A lighter style of Sparkling. Pale straw colour. Moderate mousse with medium sized bead with good persistence. The nose is quite delicate with a hint of brioche followed by subtle toasted yeast lees. The palate is creamy with hint of citrus, cashew and biscuit flavours followed by a touch of grapefruit and lees on the aftertaste. Clean acid finish.
