Tasting note: A blend of 4-14 year old rye whiskeys from Indiana, Poland, Tennessee and Canada, all with distinct personalities. The nose presents a complex sweet/dry interchange of mixed herbs, pepper, dried apple and pine buds versus toffee apple, vanillan oak and mint chocolate. Follows in a concentrated, skillfully balanced medley of bittersweet oak, apply rye, dark chocolate, white pepper and muddled mint in a salivating, prolonged finish.
