Alchemist Bruichladdich 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml)

Alchemist is a venture of master distiller and blender, Gordon Wright. For fifteen years, firstly with his family’s distillery – Springbank - and latterly at Bruichladdich, he toured the world promoting the best Single Malt Scotches. During that time he was privileged to meet some extraordinary distillers and taste their wonderful creations. He found complexities and a sophistication of flavour in their spirits equal to those found in the greatest single malts.

Apart from Single Malt Scotch, the Alchemist label now extends to a range of the world’s finest wood aged spirits including Calvados and Armagnac.

Wright bought Bruichladdich distillery with two partners in December 2001.

Tasting note sourced from Alchemist. Clean bright gold colour with the whiff of its coastal birthplace spilling over the edge of the glass. It is also clean and bright on the palate with layers of citrus fruit and vanilla oak. 46% Alc./Vol.
