2021 Mt Lofty Ranges Vineyard Old Cherry Block Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. Leaping out of the glass are intense passionfruit and green apple scents followed by subtle grassy asparagus like notes and flinty mineral characters. Concentrated passionfruit and ripe gooseberry flavours show ample volume with green apple and herbaceous grassy characters on the back half. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a long passionfruit laden aftertaste.
