2021 Black Cottage Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Pungent passionfruit aromas drive the nose with some ripe gooseberry, citrus and light herbaceous grassy characters also evident. The mouth watering palate is filled with herbaceous gooseberry, passionfruit and citrus flavours with some grassy asparagus characters trailing off into the distance. Finishes dry and crisp with a fresh crunchy aftertaste.
