Bright pale straw colour with faint glimpses of green around the edges and a watery hue. Intense lime juice, green apple and lemon scents are intermeshed with talc and subtle wet steel notes. Piercing lemon, lime and granny smith apple flavours are threaded by steely acidity with some chalky talc and flinty mineral characters in the background. Dry crunchy finish with a tightly structured, steely mineral infused aftertaste.
