From a cooler vintage, this wine is regularly one of Australia’s most popular Sauvignon Blancs. Brilliant water like colour with a very faint lime green tinge around the outskirts. Bouncing out of the glass are intense passionfruit, lime and subtle green apple scents followed by light grassy and faint mineral notes. Scrumptious lime, green apple and passionfruit flavours fill the mouth with an undercurrent of lemon grass and subtle flinty mineral characters. Dry racy finish with crisp acidity leading into a long refreshing aftertaste.
