Certified organic. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Passionfruit and citrus aromas mix with subtle herbaceous notes and a light minerality. Juicy acidity backs the passionfruit and citrus flavours on the palate with a delicate herbaceous grassy mineral back drop. Good intensity with a dry crisp finish and medium length aftertaste.
