Semi translucent, slightly cloudy red colour with a light red hue. Blossoming from the glass are perfumed like scents of violet, red cherries and winter strawberries followed by hints of fresh herbs and delicate spicy cedar. Delicious ripe red cherry and winter strawberry fruits decorate the bright palate. Infusions of fresh herbs and forest floor lie underneath. Fresh tangy like acidity and polished tannins with a lively medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
Alc. 12.5%

Semi translucent bright red colour with a light crimson hue. Fragrant red cherry and winter strawberry fruits intermingle with a hint of violets, fresh herbs and subtle forest floor. Light and lively the palate has an expressive flavour profile of juicy red cherries and winter strawberries over infusions of fresh herbs, subtle forest floor and delicate spicy cedar characters. Finishes with a lick of vibrant acidity, polished tannins and an engagingly delicious red fruited aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
Alc. 12.5%

Other Reviews…..
Inoculated and aged 10 months in French barriques, 25% new. It seems reds, pinot noir particularly, come loaded with acid and a lighter frame this vintage. This is simply made but it's a little beauty. A core of tangy juicy fruit, super fragrant and so juicy with shy tannins. A light red to enjoy in its youth. Spot-on. Drink by 2025.
