Made predominately from Pinot Noir, winemaker Barney Flanders has also added a portion of Pinot Gris (fermented on skins for 3 weeks) and a snippet of Gewurztraminer to this blend which spent 6 months in neutral barrique, on lees, before being bottled.

Beautifully textured and spicy, this is a deliciously complex Rose.

Bright salmon colour with a watery hue. Fragrant strawberry and pomegranate scents are complimented by dried herbs, hints of blood orange and spice. Delicious, beautifully textured cherry, rosewater and strawberry flavours are round and supple in their feel. Some blood orange adds tang. Lively acidity, finishing with infusions of dried herbs on the long spicy aftertaste which is delightfully savoury.
