Brilliant water like colour with a greenish tint to the edges. Pungent herbaceous gooseberry, green apple and lime scents interplay with some grassy capsicum and flinty mineral notes. Displaying good intensity and vibrancy the palate serves up herbaceous gooseberry and lime fruits which are backed by a citrusy mineral infused acidity. Dry, crisp finish with some grassy capsicum characters making an appearance. The aftertaste long, herbaceous and flinty.
