Sourced from vines aged between 40-150 years old, Cuvee Juveniles is a blend of old vine Grenache (72%), Mataro (23%) and Shiraz (5%) that sees no oak maturation. Opaque dark purple black colour with a dark purple hue. Alluring dark raspberry, plum, ripe blueberry and more subtle liquorice scents soar out of the glass trailed by provincial herbs and vanillin spice notes. Succulent dark raspberry, juicy plum, blueberry and liquorice fruits flood the mouth with elements of dried herbs and peppered earth lying underneath. Plush with a youthful freshness it has silky smooth tannins and a long sumptuous aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
