2019 Son of a Bull Pinot Noir

Semi translucent bright dark red core with a light red hue. Nosing offers up aromas of spicy dark cherries, a touch of anise, some meatiness, forest floor and fresh herb notes. Light in body the palate possesses a savoury flavour profile of spiced cherry and strawberry fruit over a meaty background with forest floor and fresh herb infusions also evident. Fresh finish with polished tannins and a medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
