2019 Glaetzer-Dixon Nouveau Pinot Noir

Made in the style of Beaujolais Nouveau. Very deep cloudy dark purple colour with a hazy dark purple hue. Crushed rose petal and violet scents intermingle with both dark and sour cherries followed by incense, dried herb and spice notes. Juicy dark and sour cherry flavours contrast richness against freshness with plum, incense infusions and spicy dried herbs on the back palate. Bright, tangy like acidity, polished tannins and a vibrant medium length finish.
