2019 Bethany First Village Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with greenish highlights to the edges. Elevated lime juice and spicy green apple aromas are trailed by citrusy orange rind, talc and flinty mineral notes. The austere palate features tightly knit lime, granny smith apple, orange, chalky talc and wet steel flavours. Finishes dry and tense with crunchy acidity and a medium length aftertaste.
