2018 Two Paddocks Picnic Pinot Noir

Certified organic and matured in French oak for 9 months, 7% being new oak. Semi translucent dark red colour with a light red hue. Aromas of dark cherries and winter strawberries intermingle with notions of fresh herbs, forest floor, some meatiness and spicy cedar. Light in body and very elegant in its feel, the palate features spicy dark cherries, forest floor, dried meats, a touch of cedar and subtle fresh herb infusions. Good freshness and refined yet structured tannins. Finishes with a savoury medium length aftertaste.
