Modelled on the bone dry Rose’s of Provence this wine is made from free run Mataro juice utilising the Saignee method of production. Following fermentation a portion of the wine is matured in seasoned 300L French oak hogsheads whilst the balance is kept in stainless steel tanks to preserve colour and freshness prior to blending and bottling.

Pale salmon pink colour with a watery hue. Fragrant spicy ripe cherry and strawberry aromas laced with musk are followed by stony end notes. Inviting flavours of ripe cherries, pomegranate and strawberries infused with spice have a silky textural feel. Stony undercard finishing dry and savoury with vibrant acidity. A delicious aftertaste lingering long after the wine has been swallowed.
