2018 Toolangi Chardonnay

Matured in oak (20% new) on lees for 8 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Grapefruit, citrus and nectarine aromas meld into subtle dried honey and gun flint notes. Medium weight, the palate has expressive peach, nectarine and grapefruit flavours which marry into dried honey and gun flint elements. Dry fresh finish with an elegant medium length aftertaste that sees some minerality creeping in.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
