2018 Tenuta Montanello Langhe Nebbiolo

Bright dark red core with black tinged edges and a vibrant red hue. A mixture of rose petal, freshly crushed raspberry and cherry aromas as well as fresh herb notes are drawn from the glass. Still very youthful a burst of fresh raspberry and cherry fruits greets the palate over a back drop of herb infusions, subtle earth and spice. Robust tannins are well concealed by the fruit but sneak up on the finish to provide some rustic grip. Brisk acidity with a delicious red fruited aftertaste.
