Cellar: Drink now - 5 Years (2020-2025)
ABV: 14.5%
Closure: Stelvin

A blend of 61% Grenache, 27% Shiraz and 12% Mataro matured in 4 year old French oak puncheons for 18 months. Totally opaque dark red black colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Ripe dark plum, blackberry and liquorice aromas are followed by dark chocolate, vanillin oak, earth and spice. Rich and amply concentrated the palate is flush with opulent liquorice, dark plum and black raspberry fruit which is underpinned by bright wild berry like acidity and nuances of earthy vanillin cedar, light fennel and spice. Tannins have a sturdy feel with a long plushly fruited yet vibrant aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
Alc. 14.5%

Other Reviews......
A 61/27/12% blend of grenache, shiraz and mataro that is deliciously rich and fruity with equally seductive fresh raspberries and de-stoned cherries. There isn't even a glimpse of jam.

A new producer for me.
Fine perfume, red and black fruit, some liquorice richness, dried herb in there too, adding a more fragrance. It’s medium-bodied, almost silky in tannin, dark raspberry, a quiet succulence, excellent balance and finish, with gentle grip closing it out. Very good. Drink by 2026.
