2018 Ring Bolt Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black bright dark red colour with a vibrant dark red hue. Elevated aromatics of ripe red currant and mulberries intermesh with cedary tobacco characters, bay leaf and spice. Medium bodied with an elegant frame, rich red to black currant and mulberry fruits are dispersed across the palate with a backdrop of dusty cedar, infusions of bay leaf and a subtle spicy tobacco element. Slightly dryish tannins along with some bright acidity provide structure. Aftertaste of freshly crushed red currants and mulberries infused with bay leaf and delicate cedary tobacco characters.
