2018 Patrick Piuze Terroir de Chichee Chablis

Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Nosing offers up pear, apple and dried honey aromas which are trailed by hints of quince and spice. Quite generous and round in the mouth the palate features pear and lime flavours over a subtle stoniness, citrus and flinty mineral characters. Finishes dry and crisp with a medium to long aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
