2018 Mitolo Jester Shiraz

Inky black heart with a deep dark red black hue. Pronounced freshly crushed ripe blackberry, liquorice and inky dark plum aromas fill the nostrils with notes of vanillin cedar, fennel and pepper ensuing. Rich spicy dark plum, blackberry and liquorice flavours are backed by fresh acidity and slightly chewy tannins. Subtle elements of vanillin cedar, fennel and pepper sit underneath. Slightly dryish finish with a bright mid length aftertaste.
