2018 Ministry of Clouds Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with greenish pale straw edges. Intense lime and lemon aromas intermingle with green apple, talc and steely mineral notes. Crunchy lemon and lime flavours meld into granny smith apple, chalky talc, wet steel and mineral characters. Tightly wound it finishes very dry with crisp mouth watering acidity and a long zesty lime, lemon and steely mineral aftertaste.
