2018 First Ridge Vermentino

Brilliant water like colour with a light greenish tinge around the outskirts. Nosing offers up scents of fleshy white peaches, subtle tropical fruits, red apple and lightly spiced citrus. Light and fresh but texturally rounded on the mid palate, flavours of white peaches, green apple, lime and fresh herbs are present. Finishes dry with infusions of flinty mineral. Crisp acidity with an aftertaste of white stone fruits, lime, subtle fresh herbs and flinty mineral characters.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
