2018 Fermoy Estate Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like core with a distinctive lime green tinge to the outskirts. Intense herbaceous gooseberry scents combine with passionfruit, lime and green apples followed by grassy asparagus end notes. Vibrant herbaceous gooseberry and passionfruit flavours are backed by mouth watering acidity. Limes, green apples and grassy asparagus characters are also evident. Finishes dry with a long racy aftertaste.
