Bright straw colour with flashes of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of ripe pear and nectarine intermix with roasted almond, bees wax, citrus and spice notes. Rich and creamy in its feel, ripe pear, bees wax, honeyed almonds and toasty biscuit flavours are underpinned by nicely judged acidity. Long, rounded conclusion.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.

Other Reviews….
Estate-grown, hand-picked, whole-bunch-pressed, wild-fermented in French barriques (30% new), matured for 9 months. Bright, light straw-green; white peach, melon and pink grapefruit on the bouquet, moving to a grapefruit-driven palate with cool climate regalia. Delicious and fresh. Drink by 2026.
