2018 Curator Wine Co Parishes Shiraz

Matured in American and French oak, 10% new, for 14 months. Inky black in colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Heady ripe dark plum and liquorice scents waft out the glass mixing with earthy dark chocolate, vanillin oak and spicy leather along the way. Rich, opulently textured dark plum, liquorice and dark chocolate flavours are liberally overlaid with toasty vanillin oak and spicy dried herb characters. Excellent concentration with velvety tannins and a long voluptuous aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
