2018 Blind Corner Blanc

Certified organic. Bright pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of lime intermix with green apple, citrus and some light grassy mineral like notes. Dry and crisp but with a nicely rounded mid palate feel there’s flavours of gooseberries, lime zest and citrus followed by subtle grassy mineral characters on the finish. Racy, herbaceous aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
