2017 Wilhelm Walch Prendo Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with black tinged edges and a light red hue. Nosing expels aromas or ripe red cherries, spicy red plum and rhubarb with some earth and dried herb notes also present. Light in body and possessing good freshness the palate is filled with juicy cherry, red plum and rhubarb flavours which meld into subtle earth and herb elements finishing with a lick of spice. Slightly dryish but fine grained tannins concluding with a savoury medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
