Modelled on the bone dry Rose’s of Provence this wine is made from free run Mataro juice utilising the Saignee method of production. Following fermentation a portion of the wine is matured in seasoned 300L French oak hogsheads whilst the balance is kept in stainless steel tanks to preserve colour and freshness prior to blending and bottling.

A dry, savoury Rose loaded with refreshing ripe berry fruits.

Semi translucent crimson cherry red colour with a watery pink tinged hue. Fragrant scents of ripe cherries, raspberries and pomegranate followed by some musk and spice are drawn from the nose. Fruity ripe raspberry, cherry, subtle strawberry and pomegranate flavours dominate within a very rounded, supple mouthfeel finishing with a lick of fresh acidity. A touch of musk is also evident. Dry, savoury and spicy with a long aftertaste of ripe cherries, raspberries, pomegranate and spicy infusions of musk.
