Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pears and fresh red apple evolve from the glass with a gentle overlay of dried honey and spice. Possessing good richness and a broad textural feel the palate delivers flavours of ripe pears, red apples and dried honey over subtle notions of quince and spice. Round, dry finish with good balanced acidity, excellent length and a medium to long conclusion.
