2017 Tibooburra Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edgings and a watery hue. Fleshy white peach and nectarine aromas drift from the glass followed by a whiff of dried honey, citrus and gun flint. Medium bodied with a light creaminess to the refined textural feel the palate features flavours of delicate white peaches, nectarines and citrus over subtle dried honey and gun flint characters. Clean dry finish with perfectly judged acidity. Long white peach, nectarine, dried honey and gun flint aftertaste.
