2017 Spinifex Rose

Dry, fresh and flavoursome with a beautifully textured mouthfeel.

Produced from a blend of 54% Grenache, 28% Mataro and 18% Cinsault with approximately 10% matured in old French oak puncheons, the rest in tank. Pale salmon pink colour with a watery hue. A fragrant bouquet of rose petals, winter strawberries and light red raspberry notes fills the nostrils over infusions of subtle musk, stony characters and light spice. The palate possesses a lovely rounded feel with flavours of spicy cherries, winter strawberries, raspberries, light infusions of musk and delicate wet stone. Finishes dry with brisk acidity and an aftertaste of spicy winter strawberries, raspberries, light musk and some stony characters.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
