2017 Sherrah Shiraz

Matured in 2-3 year old French oak. Midnight black dark red colour with a deep dark red hue. Opulently scented aromas of ripe blackberry and liquorice meld into vanillin oak, hints of dark chocolate, earth and spice. Rich and fleshy the palate is flush with sumptuous ripe blackberry and liquorice fruit which is underpinned by vanillin oak, subtle dark chocolate and spice. Nicely balanced acidity, velvety tannins, good depth and a long slurpable finish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
