2017 San Salvatore Trentenare Fiano

Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Spicy lime and pear aromas mix with hints of green apple, dried honey and stony fresh herb notes. Delightful lime, green apple and pear flavours have a lovely rounded feel with infusions of fresh herbs and wet slate characters lying underneath. Excellent intensity finishing dry and fresh with a long delicious aftertaste. Rich and textural yet also fresh and vibrant, this is an excellent example of Fiano.
