2017 Penley Estate Hyland Coonawarra Shiraz

Pitch black core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Fragrant mint laced aromatics of liquorice, blackberry, vanillin cedar and spice evolve from the glass. Medium bodied with an elegant feel the palate features blackberry and liquorice flavours infused with mint over a back drop of spicy vanillin cedar. Slightly dryish finish with fine grained tannins and plenty of freshness. Medium length conclusion.
