2017 Organic Hill Preservative Free Shiraz

Certified organic and preservative free. Impenetrable inky black dark purple colour with a deep dark purple black hue. Ripe blackberry, dark plum and liquorice aromas sail from the glass over youthful inky spice notes. Ripe and juicy the medium bodied palate has flavours of freshly crushed blackberries, plum and liquorice followed by inky earth characters and spice. Finishes bright with vibrant fresh youthful acidity. Fine grained, slightly chalky tannins with an aftertaste of inky ripe blackberries, liquorice, faint earth and spice.
