Certified Organic. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Pear and apple aromas are followed by some subtle honeysuckle and light stony notes. Nicely rounded in the mouth pear and ripe red apple flavours overlay some honeysuckle and delicate spice. Clean dry finish with balanced acidity and an aftertaste of pears, red apples, honeysuckle and faint spice.
