2017 Onannon Leongatha South Gippsland Pinot Noir

Semi translucent bright dark red colour with a light crimson red hue. Nosing offers up aromas of dark cherries and ripe strawberries married to anise, hints of clove, forest floor and spicy cedar. Light in body but possessing good power the palate dishes up a savoury flavour profile of delicious dark cherries and strawberries infused with forest floor characters, fresh herbs and spicy lightly toasted cedar. Supple textural feel with velvet smooth tannins, balanced acidity and a long spicy aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
