Matured for 10 months in 500 litre French oak puncheons on lees. Brilliant very pale straw colour with green tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of grapefruit, nectarine, citrus and green apples overlay faint biscuity nougat and gun flint notes. Fresh and elegant with a light creaminess to the mouthfeel from its time on lees, the palate has flavours of ripe nectarine, citrus and green apples over light nougat, traces of cashew and spice. Finishes dry with a bite of lively acidity and a medium to long aftertaste.
