2017 Mount Langi Ghiran Talus Shiraz

Opaque dark red black tinged core with a bright red purple hue. Decorated with red fruits the refined nose also evokes aromas of liquorice, vanillin cedar, earthy herbs and spicy white pepper. Light to medium weight this is a very elegant Shiraz possessing flavours of red plums, red to dark cherries and red liquorice subtlety overlaid with hints of clove. Spicy vanillin cedar and traces of peppered herbs are also evident. Fresh feel with bright acidity and finely grained tannins. Aftertaste of spicy red plums, red cherries, traces of liquorice, clove, vanillin cedar and light pepper.
