2017 Monte Ronca Monte Calvarina Soave

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Lovely fresh pear and lime aromatics show excellent intensity melding into citrus, subtle quince and fresh herb notes. Vibrant lime, lightly spiced pear and citrus flavours dance across the palate with delicate fresh herb and mineral infusions also present. Much fresher but not as textured as the 2016 vintage it finishes dry and crisp with a medium to long aftertaste.
