2017 Lost Buoy Shiraz

Dark inky black core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Aromas of dark plum and liquorice sit over toasty vanillin cedar, spicy fennel and pepper notes. Rich juicy black cherry and liquorice flavours are backed by black olive, scorched earth, vanillin cedar and blackpepper characters. Slightly dryish finish with sturdy tannins giving the back palate a robust feel. A touch of firmness apparent on the long succulent black cherry and liquorice driven aftertaste.
Cellar 5-6 years.
